Hogs certainly are not in short supply here in Tejas.

We snare them, trap them, shoot them, even send them into orbit.......

so with that in mind.

Tell me about JeffO,

I'm not familiar with him.

Did he make the most of his time afield and not take himself too seriously?

The barrel is a piece of 18" pipe, approx 4' in length. A 4" wide by 6" high window was cut at he bottom. Filled a coffee can full of "Tannerite" for the propellant. It was placed in in front of the "window" cut out. Distance +/-200 yds. We cut a 3/8" plywood wad to fit the ID of the pipe and placed it on top of the coffee can of Tannerite. The hog weighed in about 120 lbs. and was inserted into the pipe. We had originally thought of using more Tannerite. Good thing we didn't. Just the coffee can full mushroomed the base of the pipe and split it open about 10 inches up from the base. The author of that mess was the Captain of an Artillery squad in Iraq. He seems to still like blowing shit up.
