I have a nice little CZ452 sporter in 22LR. It shoots pretty good for a budget rifle. Sometimes 1/2" at 50. I don't know why i waited so long but I shoot it out to 100 now. Mostly between other centerfires waiting for them to cool. I shoot the cheap Dynapoints because I have a bunch and they shoot pretty damn good in this rifle.

Zeroed at 50, I need 7.5 MOA to zero at 100, Using my 10x Superchicken Mildot scope. Any idea what I will need to get to 200 and 300? I shoot one of the spinning targets and it is a lot of fun. The kids I take shooting really enjoy it.

And be careful. Rimfires at long range can cost you way more money than you'd expect.

38.25 MOA with my CZ Varmint thursday evening shooting Federal 719 to 300 yards.

Strelok said 42 I think but that's what I dialed in my 10X SS and I was dead on.

I run DOPE in 10yd increments, from the 10yd line,to mechanical threshold of the platform(reticle and available erector added together).

The MOA/MIL Fixed Fuckers hurt bad, because they cost (5) Mil's right outta the gate,on the erector. Dynapoints are horrid Ping Pong Balls and a simple ammo swap, will really make a difference,in both the threshold and fending atmospherics(wind drift).

My atmosphere is the worst and everyone's shit, will reliably travel better than mine(shoot flatter/drift less).

47.1 Mils to the 700yd line, with a 50yd zero and that correction is easily arranged with 70MOA inclination(Vudoo's) and either a 6x or 10x Fixed Fucker. The windshield alone, will get a guy to the 265yd line, from a 50yd zero. I drive 75MOA rails on my Anschutzeses.

CZ 452 rings/mounting systems are shit and I've broken a few.

Going DIP 25MOA 1913 extended rail, adds in security, muchly bolsters scope integrity due to ring spacing and is THE best opening move,in regards to adding inclination/helping an erector.

Better yet,for static zero retention.

Few things are more fun, than Long Range Rimfire................

I shot another Silhouette match yesterday where the silhouettes range from 80 yards out to 200.

If you look in the dictionary under fun, there should be mention of Long Range Rimfire...

Sold another Vudoo yesterday, over a cup of coffee,to a guy that had never even fucking heard of them.(grin)

Though in fairness,I did roll some LR Rimfire footage, after he ordered his first ever 6x MQ(which he'd never even heard of either). Then he orderd a 6 Kreedmire and 10x MQ,which he'd never heard of.

Funny how making sense, gets checks cut.............

LOL, I did the same thing to a guy who said 10/22's don't shoot. I let shoot my KIDD and he ordered one the same day.

In fairness, I shot the last match with one of my Kimber SVT's and it held it's own. One guy offered to buy it should I decide to sell it...

My Vudoo should be here before the next match, so I'll be shooting it...otherwise, I'll take one of my Annie's or a Sako...

Nothing beats great rimfires...regardless of the distance, but especially when you get past 100 yards.

Took the rifle to the range yesterday. Tried some winny silver box Target. They did shoot flatter than the Dyna's. but my 200 yard groups fell on their face. Didn't try it at 300 yet.

I believe so.

My Vudoo should be here by then, so plan to be there and we'll shoot the Vudoo and the match.

Easy to eek 70MOA on a Vudoo and most inclination, always wins.

Would LOVE to see 75MOA Vudoo rails.................

Can’t find it now, but I saw on Vudoo’s Facebook that they, or someone, was making a limited amount of 60MOA rails for the vudoo. I’ll report back if I can find it.

60 MOA really does nothing. As currently configured,their 30 MOA rail and 'Horn 40 MOA,eeks 70 MOA(obviously).

The bare 60 MOA,hurts available erector travel and still mandates 'Horn(tall) rings,to coax full erector travel.

75 MOA eeks the goody and grants lower profile rings.

There's Method to the Madness..............(grin)

I think that went over my head. You’re saying a 60MOA rail isn’t usefull, but a 75 would be?

Why couldn’t you go 60MOA rail and horns for +100moa total?

With the 60/40 melding,a 50yd zero is impossible.

With 75MOA on a rail alone, one gets to reap the reward of lower ring height.

60 alone,ain't enough,because everything on the erector below a zero,is 100% fucking useless.........................

I understand all erector travel below zero being useless.

You’re not using the 40moa horns on your 75moa rails?

40 moa rings on top of a 75 moa rail would mean you can't get the internals of the scope to adjust down far enough to zero at 50 yards.

75 moa is a sweet spot for the 6x and 10x MQ scopes.

I think I have 1.8 mils under zero on my 54 w/ 75 dip rail and no zero stop.

Nope...75MOA total inclination,as it's a nice place to be in order to eek erector travel and still grant a sane zero....................

The Vudoos are killing the market on other rimfires...I've picked up a 1710 HB Anniversary Model and a 1712 MeisterGrade a couple of weeks ago, not to mention a Sako Quad with a Lilja...

Not sure when my Vudoo is shipping as it was supposed to go out last week, but it's still not ready, so I'll slum the Eurotrash until it gets here...

CRF in a Rimfire,is a pretty good Mind Fuck and the zero deformation of rounds going in to battery, don't hurt either Accuracy or Precision.

Side by each,I'm spending Vudoo Money on a fucking Vudoo and nothing else...though I prolly ain't selling anything...........(grin)
