This little 22RF CZ455 had migrated to the rear of the safe for various reasons and it was time to get it back out. It had shown promise before with the Federal Gold Medal match ammo but I wanted to try some different flavors in it, also.

Mounted a well used, known good '80's vintage 3-12 A.O. Tasco (can I say that, here??) rimfire scope on it in BKL rings.

The Federal stuff was decent, The Winchester T22 Target stuff horrible and the CCI Green Tag Competition was perfect. This was the smallest 5 shot group at 50 yds and the biggest it got was mid .5's with no fliers.

I'm going to whomp some red squirrels with it. There's a black color variation around our town, also... cool

The elder Trashco's,were akin to Simmon's Gold Medals...in that they usually actually worked and could be relied upon, though I'd largely default to T-Series Weavers for Precision.

Pard just left,with a 3-9x Reupold that Puked on his 243Win and I tossed him a Loaner,that weren't a Reupold.(grin)

Cain't like BKL's,less a cross slot and Bob at DIP does CZ rails the best,as they are ruggedly reliable and toss inclination, along with increased ring spacing.

For a Utility Sporter,Trashco A/O's trump T-Series versions of same, because they are coarser/faster to adjust,in target rich environments.

Bedded? Yo Dave or other?.....................

Not bedded (yet) and yes to the Yo Dave trigger mods.

Still have a Simmons Gold Medal 6-24 tucked away. smile

And another weird one...a straight 12X Nikon with A.O. and target turrets. Ever seen one?

The 12x MQ SWFA,being far and away the best of the lot................
