I like lots of 4831sc, but 22' works great too. Im waaaaaaay over max with 4831sc, but dont have an issue with 3200fps, bolt lift is easy and brass is lasting longer than i care. load data is at the shop, but its allot. Get a starting point from a book and work up. in my gun the 162's like to jump .01 off the lands

7mm Rem mag data extrapolates rather nicely and I love the way '22 makes tiny knots, with minimal velocity deviations..............

I've got a little of both laying around so I'll have to give them a go. I was approaching 3200 with Ramshot Magnum and groups were starting to tighten up, but ran out of range time. I wasn't running into any bolt lift problems, etc. either. I don't think the two guys next to me were enjoying the brake very much though. wink

Thanks guys!

WSM brass is tough and lives well, assuming headspace is well controlled.

Absofucking-lutely sensational chambering...............

I worked up from 70gr to 76gr of Ramshot Magnum. Just shooting 3-shot groups to check velocities. 70grs went 2912fps and 76gr went 3198fps.

Also got some impressive numbers out of my 260AI. Shooting Ramshot Hunter with CCI 200LR Primers with a 120gr A-Max. Went all the way up to 50grs and got my best group/ES/SD. 3-shot group went 3169fps and measured 0.589". It really seems to like the Amax. In fact, I shot 5 groups with 46gr on up to 50gr of Hunter and the worst group measured 0.963". Average for all groups was 0.714".
